SWAN (Sagemcom Middleware)
SWAN® is the software platform developed by Sagemcom, currently deployed on tens of millions of devices supporting all WAN access types—Fiber, DOCSIS, DSL, FTTH, 4G/5G FWA. It is an open and highly portable software based on OpenWRT, proven in the field for its agility in integrating and deploying third-party applications.

As a member of the prpl Board of Directors and recipient of the "Top Contributor" award in 2024, our commitment is also reflected in our involvement in the prpl Foundation. Driven by many operators, prplOS is growing and offers an innovative approach to standardizing and implementing new services.

Sagemcom Cloud Monitoring System
COSMOS is a cloud-based data collection platform that enables operators to optimize network performance and provide proactive customer service through advanced analytics and real-time diagnostics.
Nexa
Our Mobile Backup solution keeps users connected in the event of a primary network failure by automatically switching to the LTE/5G network via the user’s smartphone. Thanks to a software agent linked to a mobile app, this solution requires no additional hardware.
Matter
Sagemcom integrates Matter, the new standard for interoperability among connected objects. This ensures a seamless user experience and universal connectivity between all smart home IoT devices. Sagemcom gateways, certified as “Matter Controllers,” can manage Matter devices and scenarios.

Sagemcom enables the integration of third-party services (network control and analysis, security, gaming...) through open and modular solutions, allowing operators to quickly customize features and enrich the user experience.
