Madrid, 14th July 2021-. Vodafone today launched its new TV device under the name Vodafone TV 4K Pro, the new digital home's entertainment hub. This strategic launch makes Vodafone Spain's first operator to integrate cutting-edge technology in a single device, and leader both in quantity of contents delivered and user experience offered.

This new device is set to offer the market's most premium, innovative user experience, aggregating all content and features in one single device, letting customers save costs and space by doing away with the need for additional external devices.

New digital home entertainment hub

This set-top box's unique features make it the digital home's entertainment hub, with one single device serving all the different purposes:

  • The decoder has its own built-in premium quality loudspeaker: with audio developed by the Danish company Bang & Olufsen, when used with a TV it sounds like a state-of- the-art, high definition soundbar. It can play Dolby Atmos sound, the immersive sound format used in most movies released in cinemas and offered on several video streaming apps. It includes 3 high-quality built-in speakers, along with an active and a passive subwoofer, strategically positioned to provide a unique acoustic experience and let viewers perceive premium quality immersive audio.

 

  • VodafoneTVcanbevoice-controlled through 4 built-in high-tech microphones located in the set's top cover: giving customers the chance to discover a different way of

 

interacting with Vodafone TV. Just like it works on other devices such as ÁTIKA, you can interact with Vodafone TV by using 'Hello ÁTIKA' commands to switch on/off the device, turn the volume up or down, navigate through menus, change channels, record, rewind, access apps such as HBO Spain, Amazon Prime Video, etc... Just a few examples: 'Hello ÁTIKA. Turn on the Hollywood Channel' / 'Hello ÁTIKA. Fast forward 10 minutes' / 'Hello ÁTIKA. Go to HBO Spain'/ 'Hello ÁTIKA. What's on TNT tonight?'.   • 4K HDR picture quality, to provide optimal picture quality by adding a greater dynamic range of light and colours, bringing it closer to reality.

 

  • Wi-Fi 6 for a wireless connection, freeing customers from having to cable their set-top box to the router, because the wireless connection can provide 4K video quality.

 

  • It features Bluetooth 5.0, which allows user to playback audio sent from an external device, such as a mobile phone, emulating the behaviour of a conventional high-quality Bluetooth speaker.

 

  • It comes with a Bluetooth remote control to let customer voice-control the TV.

Sagemcom announces the launch of its new IP/DVB-T2 Ultra HD Set-top Box, based on the BCM72180, a 24k DMIPS quad core SoC from Broadcom, with embedded Wi-Fi 6 and support of AV1 decoding, for TIM.

The device gives access to the complete entertainment service offer from TIM, with TIMVISION, TIMMUSIC, TIMGAMES and Dazn, as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube and much more...

The product includes a DVB-T2 tuner for connection to an aerial to receive Digital Terrestrial Television, for free-to-air channels and Nagravision encrypted programs.

In September, ELLEVIO will continue to improve the Swedish electricity system by being one the first Nordic DSO to start its 2nd generation smart meters large scale rollout. This massive rollout is the result of joint achievements between ELLEVIO, Sagemcom and its local Partner, ONE Nordic.

Since the award in March 2019, Sagemcomhas developed and delivered a new generation of S211 single phase meters and T211 polyphase meters which allow ELLEVIO to take up the new energy landscape and customer care. The advanced deep indoor dual cellular technology LTE NB IoT + LTE Cat-M is used to secure the reliability of the solution.

In less than 8 months and within a specific context, Sagemcomhas developed and certified the new generation of smart meters which are installed in the field by ONE Nordic since June 2020 in Stockholm area. The new key features have already been deployed offering a combination of end-user experience - through a customer local interface (P1 Port) - and Low- Voltage network management; with alarms delivery including ‘Last gasp’ messages sent in case of power outage, neutral fault detection, harmonic distortion, remote on-demand operations, etc… Such metering capabilities represent the drivers of future grid monitoring to provide end-customers service at its best. As of today, the first return of experience has reached very impressive results with a connectivity service level above 99% allowing to kick off the start of the large scale roll out starting September 2020 in all the region where Ellevio operates as network owner.

Furthermore, the evolutivity of the solution is guaranteed by field proven mass firmware update campaign possibility to ensure that today’s end-to-end solution will comply with tomorrow’s requirements. Das smart meter gateway (smgw) siconia® smarty iq von sagemcom dr. neuhaus erhält eine weitere revision der baumusterprüfbescheinigung der physikalisch-technischen bundesanstalt (ptb). drei weiteren gwa-systemen wurde der hohe grad an interoperabilität bestätigt.

Das am 25. September 2019 bereits BSI-zertifizierte SMGW Siconia® SMARTY IQ erfüllt gemäß der Baumusterprüfbescheinigung nach Modul B alle gesetzlichen sowie mess- und eichrechtlichen Anforderungen für den Gebrauch intelligenter Messsysteme.

Deri weitere GWA-Systeme wurden der Baumusterprüfbescheinigung nun hinzugefügt:

 

  • "Robotron - GWA Manager"
  • "Discovergy - GWA"
  • "Tremondi - SMGA.SUiTE".

 

Nun können auch diejenigen Nutzer der genannten GWA-Systeme die Smart Meter Gateways von Sagemcom Dr.Neuhaus für den kürzlich erklärten Rollout intelligenter Messsysteme in Deutschland einsetzen.

"Pünktlich zur Revision können nun erste Wirk-PKI-Geräte an unsere Kunden ausgeliefert werden,“ freuen sich Dirk Engel (Produktmanagement) und Holger Graetz (Vertrieb & Marketing) und schauen hoffnungsfroh auf weitere GWA-Systeme, die folgen werden.

Für die Revision der Bescheinigung ist die Geräte-Firmware unverändert geblieben. Im Rahmen des Prüfverfahrens nach den PTB-Anforderungen 50.8 wurde die Interoperabilität der vorgenannten GWA-Systeme untersucht. Dabei wurde erfolgreich nachgewiesen, dass mit jedem einzelnen System die Tarifanwendungsfälle TAF 1, TAF 2, TAF 6 und TAF 7 in das Siconia® SMARTY IQ hineinkonfiguriert werden können.

Die Tarifanwendungsfälle des Gateways ermöglichen es dem Messstellenbetreiber, Letztverbrauchern hochvariable und personalisierte Stromtarife anbieten zu können. Zudem wurde beispielsweise die Anbindung eines Kommunikationsadapters an das SMGw und die Funktionalität des Gerätes mit der Kundendisplay- Software TRuDI nach PTB-A 50.8 validiert. Mit der TRuDI-Software können Endverbraucher zukünftig eine Rechnungsprüfung über das angeschlossene SMGw durchzuführen.

E-world 2020: Premiere vom ersten vollzertifizierten intelligenten Messsystem

Hamburg, 08. Januar 2020

Der Metering-Experte Sagemcom präsentiert auf der E-world 2020 erstmalig sein komplett zertifiziertes intelligentes Messsystem (iMSys). Das iMSys ist das erste rolloutfertige System eines Herstellers im deutschen Markt.

Die Sagemcom Dr. Neuhaus GmbH und die Sagemcom Fröschl GmbH zeigen gemeinsam vom 11. – 13. Februar 2020 in Essen in Halle 3, Stand 3-444 ihr Smart Metering Portfolio. Im Zentrum steht das modulare, vollzertifizierte iMSys der SiconiaTM SMARTY Produktserie bestehend aus dem Smart Meter Gateway (SMGW) SiconiaTM SMARTY IQ und dem Basiszähler SiconiaTM SMARTY BZ. Nachdem der Basiszähler bereits in Q2 2019 die MID-Zulassung erhielt, folgte am 25. September 2019 die BSI-Zertifizierung von dem SMGW, sodass das iMSys von Sagemcom nun reif für den Smart Meter Rollout ist.

Zum ersten Mal gewährt Sagemcom Dr. Neuhaus einen Ausblick auf die Entwicklungspläne. So wird im ersten Quartal 2020 die eSIM-Funktionalität in dem Siconia TM SMARTY IQ SMGW umgesetzt. Durch dieses Feature erhalten Messstellenbetreiber Flexibilität in Bezug auf ihre Mobilfunkkosten, da der SIM-Chip jederzeit auf einen neuen Vertrag umgeschrieben werden kann. Ebenso werden die Montagekosten gesenkt, da bei den mobilfunkbasierten Gateways kein physischer Simkartenwechsel mehr vorgenommen werden muss.

Zudem werden in Q1 2020 neben den bereits implementierten TAF 1 (Datensparsame Tarife), TAF 2 (Zeitvariable Tarife), TAF 6 (Ablesung von Messwerten im Bedarfsfall) und TAF 7 (Zählerstandsgangmessung) auch die Tarifanwendungsfälle 9, 10 und 14 in dem SMGW implementiert sein. TAF 9 dient dem Energiemanagement und ermöglicht, die aktuelle Ist-Einspeisung einer Energieerzeugungsanlage abzurufen. Währenddessen hilft der TAF 10 Netzbetreibern, den Netzzustand zu überwachen, um bei kritischen Netzzuständen rechtzeitig gegensteuern zu können. Hochfrequente Messwerte stellt der TAF 14 bereit. Die Umsetzung der neuen Tarifanwendungsfälle läuft auf Hochtouren, sodass mit einem erfolgreichen Abschluss zeitnah gerechnet wird. Bereits installierte SiconiaTM SMARTY IQ Geräte können über ein Remote-Firmware-Update um die neuen TAFs aktualisiert werden.

Der Dreipunkt-Basiszähler SiconiaTM SMARTY BZ ist als Einrichtungszähler mit Rücklaufsperre und Zweirichtungszähler – jeweils in 60A- bzw. 100A-Ausführung – erhältlich. Der digitale Drehstromzähler kann als Ein- oder Doppeltarifzähler bezogen werden und eignet sich für den Einsatz im iMSys (in Kombination mit einem SMGW) oder als moderne Messeinrichtung.

On november 13th 2019, Sagemcom received the Wi-Fi 6 certification (ID: WFA91587) from the Wi-Fi Alliance for its new 10G Pon fiber gateway, F@st 5688ax, making it the first Wi-Fi 6 certified home gateway.

 

 

 

The F@st 5688ax is the new generation of Home Gateway designed for Consumers and Small Businesses that delivers up to 10Gbps of symmetrical throughput to fiber households. SiconiaTM SMARTY IQ, das Smart Meter Gateway (SMGw) der Sagemcom Dr. Neuhaus GmbH, ist interoperabel mit der NLI-Software zur Gateway-Administration. Energieversorger, Verteilnetzbetreiber und Stadtwerke, die die NLI-Software verwenden, können dieses SMGw damit ab sofort produktiv nutzen.

Die GWA/EMT-Software von der Next Level Integration GmbH unterstützt das Smart Meter Gateway von Sagemcom Dr. Neuhaus. Die Interoperabilität des SiconiaTM SMARTY IQ SMGw wurde entlang der Technischen Richtlinie TR-03109 des Bundesamts für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik (BSI) auf Herz und Nieren geprüft. Dabei wurden alle vom SMGw unterstützten Tarifanwendungsfälle getestet sowie umfangreiche Tests hinsichtlich der LMN-, HAN- und WAN-Schnittstellen sowie der Kommunikationsprotokolle erfolgreich absolviert. Zudem wurde die Messwertverarbeitung zwischen SiconiaTM SMARTY IQ und NLI-Software ausgiebig erprobt.

Auf Basis dieser Tests ist der Antrag zur Konformitätsbescheinigung bei der Physikalisch- Technischen Bundesanstalt (PTB) fertiggestellt, sodass der Interoperabilitätsnachweis zeitnah in die Revision der Baumusterprüfbescheinigung des SiconiaTM SMARTY IQ aufgenommen wird.

Alle Energieversorger, Verteilnetzbetreiber und Stadtwerke, die die NLI-Software verwenden, können ab sofort das Sagemcom Dr. Neuhaus Gateway einsetzen und nach dem Erhalt der formellen PTB-Bescheinigung produktiv nutzen. Das kürzlich BSI-zertifizierte Smart Meter Gateway erfüllt nicht nur alle sicherheitstechnischen und datenschutzrechtlichen Anforderungen für den Rollout intelligenter Messsysteme (iMSys), sondern zeigt sich als hoch standardisierter Baustein der Energiewende.

Die beiden Unternehmen werden am 9. und 10. Oktober auf den metering days in Fulda ihr Leistungsportfolio rund um Smart Metering vorstellen.

Reif für den Rollout: Das Smart Meter Gateway (SMGw) SiconiaTM SMARTY IQ von Sagemcom Dr. Neuhaus erlangt die CC-Zertifizierung beim Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik (BSI). Damit ist der zweite von drei SMGw-Herstellern für die "Feststellung der Technischen Möglichkeit" durch das BSI in Deutschland zertifiziert.

Am 25. September 2019 wurde das SiconiaTM SMARTY IQ Gateway offiziell nach den Common Criteria (CC) beim BSI zertifiziert. Auf Einladung des BSI fand am 30. September die offizielle Zertifikatsübergabe in Bonn statt. „Im Zuge der Digitalisierung der Energiewende gehört das Smart-Meter-Gateway zu den Schlüsseltechnologien. Nur wenn Anwender in Staat, Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft auf den Schutz ihrer Daten vertrauen können, wird diese digitale Transformation gelingen und deren Potential auch voll ausgeschöpft werden. Mittelständische Unternehmen, die in Informationssicherheit investieren, stärken den Wirtschaftsstandort Deutschland und tragen mit ihren Innovationen zur digitalen Souveränität Deutschlands bei. Das zweite zertifizierte Smart-Meter-Gateway belegt erneut, dass man innovative Technologien und smarte Lösungen so entwickeln kann, dass die Informationssicherheit gewährleistet und die Privatsphäre der Verbraucherinnen und Verbraucher gewahrt bleibt“, erklärt BSI-Präsident Arne Schönbohm.

Mit dem Erhalt des CC-Zertifikats wurde der Weg zum deutschlandweiten Smart Meter Rollout nun weiter geebnet. Das G1-Gateway von Sagemcom Dr. Neuhaus erhält ein vollumfängliches Zertifikat, wodurch die gesetzlich vorgesehene Einsetzbarkeit von bis zu acht Jahren erreicht werden kann. Neben dem hausinternen Gateway Administration (GWA) System „Fröschl SMGWA“ arbeitet Sagemcom im Sinne der Interoperabilität von intelligenten Messsystemen (iMSys) intensiv mit diversen relevanten GWA-Software-Anbietern zusammen. Der Meilenstein „CC-Zertifizierung“ unterstreicht die gute und fokussierte Zusammenarbeit von Sagemcom Dr. Neuhaus mit seinen Kunden, Partnern und den Behörden.

Das SiconiaTM SMARTY IQ unterstützt mit TAF 1, TAF 2, TAF 6 und TAF 7 zahlreiche Tarifanwendungsfälle, die variable Stromtarife je nach Kundenbedarf ermöglichen. Der TAF 7 des Sagemcom Dr. Neuhaus Gateways in der LTE- und GPRS-Produktvariante zeichnet sich durch einen besonders sparsamen Umgang des mobilen Datenvolumens beim Messdatenversand sowie beim sicherheitsrelevanten TLS-Kanalaufbau aus. Darüber hinaus lassen sich über die CLS-Schnittstelle des SMGw diverse zukunftsgerichtete Anwendungsszenarien im Rahmen von Steuer-, Regel- und Schalthandlungen (HKS 1, 4, 5) realisieren.

Letztverbraucher genießen mit dem Smart Meter Gateway ein Höchstmaß an Sicherheit, Datenschutz und Konnektivität. Als sichere Kommunikationseinheit ist das SiconiaTM SMARTY IQ SMGw der Dreh- und Angelpunkt des intelligenten Messsystems. Gemeinsam mit einem digitalen Stromzähler, wie z.B. dem Basiszähler Siconia™ SMARTY BZ, bildet das Gateway ein iMSys. Während der Zähler in der Funktion einer sogenannten modernen Messeinrichtung (mME) den Strombedarf elektronisch ermittelt, sendet das an den Zähler angeschlossene SMGw Messwerte sicher an autorisierte Marktteilnehmer, wie dem Messstellenbetreiber oder dem Letztverbraucher. Das Ziel eines iMSys ist es, die Digitalisierung der Energiewende voranzutreiben, indem die Energieerzeugung und der Bedarf im Verteilnetz intelligent miteinander verknüpft werden.
